The answer is that all of these household names have used extracts
from famous operas
to sell their products to the British public
and each of the movies has used a major
operatic sequence to raise
dramatic impact.
These snatches are all familiar to the general public, but where
do they come from and what do they mean when sung in the context
of their original 'home'?
A uniquely and specially devised programme, we invite audiences
to come and hear all of their favourite operatic golden greats. The
