Artist’s from Opera North. Soloists from West End Shows, 22 local school children, a primary school nativity and the 12 piece British Philharmonic Concert Orchestra Ensemble come together to create this memorable seasonal costumed event.
Xmas Street scene 20ft tree and old street lamp In this special Christmas show, we follow the steps off a modern little boy who doesn’t like Christmas so his Auntie tries to persuade him of all the good things that make Christmas special. To do this she takes him back in time to a Victorian Dickensian style Christmas when Christmas was full of fun and cheer and good will to all men. Along the way we meet Children playing in the snow round an enormous Christmas tree. A children’s Nativity Scene and of course a visit from Father Xmas.
